Who may play
Registration is open from the age of 18. One account only is allowed per IP address, phone number, e-mail address, household and person. Sign-up details have to agree with the documents we ask for, and those fall due inside 30 days.
Bonuses and reloads
Welcome stages start from a £20 deposit (Skrill and Neteller deposits do not count), and each is activated in My Bonus ahead of the first bet it funds. A stage's deposit and bonus are played through 20x inside 10 days. For the Weekend Reload the figure is 35x, and free-spin winnings need 40x. No stake may top £100 while bonus money is live. The most a bonus can turn into cash is 10x its value, while free spins cap out at £50 for 50 or fewer and £100 for larger batches. You hold one bonus at a time. A withdrawal request voids it, and cancelling it yourself in your profile empties the bonus balance.
How games count
Stakes on slots, scratch cards and keno count in full. Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly count at 50%, and live games, video poker and some instant games at 10%. Standard table and card games count nothing, as do titles on the excluded list.
Withdrawals
Payout requests are checked by our finance desk between 6:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, and each is settled within up to 3 business days. Three is the most that may queue at once. Money returns along the route it arrived by, and a deposit withdrawn before one full turnover (1x) loses 10% as a fee.
VIP status
Your level reflects the past 90 days of play. The monthly cash-out ceiling starts at £5,000 for levels 1 to 10 and tops out at £20,000 on level 25.
